What is sexual menu? It’s a tool for couples and or polycules to define their sexual preferences in
a consensual way which decreases shame, burden or worry from expressing needs so that all
can find a comfortable place and pace to participate.
How does it work? Couples/Polycules identify their sexual preferences in a document, work of art,
or medium that they can rely on in situations where they needs support identifying their sexual
needs

Some materials will be provided, however we encourage those to bring some of their own for a personal touch.
Provided materials include: paper, glue sticks, scissors, pencils, some materials to cut/collage.
